It's funny, I've met three employees and all of them are named Steve. Steve Brandt was friendly and knowledgeable during the initial meeting. The Steve who came and did the install was polite and did what he needed to do and left every area he worked in clean and neat when he left. We did find that one of the units wasn't fully charged so the third Steve came out and handled that deal. Overall they did a good job.
Their service was fantastic. They showed up to install the AC exactly on time and they were friendly and professional. Very pleased with the company.
Called to say would be half-hour late, analyzed problem, gave two options and explained completely what they entailed, said inexpensive option probably would work, but if not would be more costly. Fixed problem with A/C and cost was as quoted. Doesn't get any better than that.
Rep was very nice and knowledgeable. He answered a lot of follow-up questions to get my business. Installer didn't put the unit where the rep said it would go, but it seems ok where it is. Very happy with the system overall; I'm glad we went with the two-speed furnace and A/C. Rep told me the humidifier would do certain things that it actually couldn't, but fixed the situation to my satisfaction very quickly. They did a fantastic job! Kept us informed during the whole project. Worked consistently and finished the job fairly quickly.
Very friendly very knowledgeable and willing to work with me to make sure I had what I wanted and needed. They went the extra mile to make sure my AC was working correctly.
These guys were great, they were honest about what I needed vs. what some other AC guys had told me I needed at a price I could afford. The only problem was two things: I paid for a vent intall and have still not recieved it a month later. Their communication and follow up aren't the greatest. Some of their gentlemen were not very knowledgable. The supervisors were all perfectly professional, but the first guys who came and did the initial parts of the install were.... unprofessional.

Quick clean install. But the communication was a bit informal for such a large purchase.
