Cost for trip out to my house - $40. The final cost was $135 to clean out a clogged tube. Everything is working perfectly now. They were quick to respond and efficient.
A couple of Sundays ago my parents' furnace died, and my first call was to The Cooler Company -- hoping to have someone meet with Dad the next day. Instead, Steve's wonderful staff offered to install a new furnace that very evening. He was prompt, arrived on time, did a good job and cleaned up afterwards.
Jose was the technician who serviced my furnance. He did a great job. He was very knowlegeable and courtesy. He was able to diagnose the program in less than two minutes. In fact, he was able to tell me the year the funance was manufactured and quality of the existing parts in less than 3 minutes. Jose is very, very knowledgable about furnances. I will be recommending the Cooler Company to all of my friends and family members.
They were fast, nice to deal with, and got it done right.
Service was fine, price too high.
