They were by far the most expensive of the three company's I interviewed for a new furnace. I was told to beware of the other company's because they sell you a permit but do not actually buy them. When the guy came to install the furnace I ask about the permit and he didn't have one. Three weeks after the installation I called to see when an inspection was to be scheduled. Very quick to respond to the initial inquiry. Scheduled the project within 3 days, the tech came out discovered he had the wrong unit, returned to his shop got the correct unit and tools returned by 7:00pm (on a friday night) and installed the unit the same night to meet our tight schedule. The man was very knowledgeable and very nice. The only thing that keeps this from being 5 stars is during the initial phone conversation sq. footage was discussed but still the wrong size unit was sent out. They were great, very prompt, efficient and tidy.
Great experience, very professional, and price was very reasonable.
I liked the salesman, and the installation crew did a good job. I was pleased with the final installation. Dealing with the owners was an unpleasant experience. Trying to get the rebate paperwork from the owners took to much effort on my part.
