They were able to schedule cleaning our vents promptly and spent about 4 hours completing the job. We had just moved inot our house, and we discovered the vents had not been cleaned in years. The previous owners had lots of pets, to it was big job.
The sales men was very knowledgeable, he was willing to work with me so I could afford my Central Air, Air Purifier, and Humidifier for the furnace. He stayed a couple of hours to show me what he was talking about, he showed me various ways to do the work, etc. The Cooler Company also arranged for financing which was very helpful. Sadly the other 3 contractors that came out from Servicemagic only stayed anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes. Excellent Job!
Justin cleaned my air ducts today and did a fantastic job. I was afraid there would be debris left behind after reading some of the reviews, but this wasn't the case in the slightest. I would certainly use The Cooler Company in the future!
