The team ran into complications but kept at the project. It actually took MUCH longer than expected, but in the end, we have AC!!
Steve the owner inspected the existing A/C unit and furnace. He gave me a detailed description of what needed to be done to retrofit a new A/C unit outside and coil install for the existing furnace footprint. I was well aware of the complexity of the project at the beginning. I am loving the A/C!
The COOLER COMPANY was top notch from beginning to end. Our Customer Consultant Vince Smith was teriffic, and knowledgeable. He was thorough and took time to research our exact needs. He was there to sell us the products, and there at the installation to make sure things went well. Not only that!
