Friendly, trustworthy service
We had a problem with rodent carcasses in our forced air heating ducts. He came on a very short notice and did a good job. The price was about half of all other offers. The job was done within about 6 hours. I was told by other companies that they usually spend 16 man-hours (instead of the 6) but I am satisfied with the work he did. I'm happy I didn't spend double - good value for the money. I am also satisfied with the recommendations on what we have to replace as soon as possible and what we can leave the way it is.
The Cooler Company was great! Bob showed up on time, was friendly and courteous, and loved my dogs! I would definitely use this company again and refer them to friends and family.
The tech was very knowledgeable of the cleaning processes that both his company and his competitors use. The work was done in a professional manner with a personal touch, and the price point was very aggressive...I saved at least $100!
