After several calls I called the office and ask if it would be neccesary to get a trouble shooting celebrity involved to get the hole in my house repaired as promised.The lady that answered the phone told me not to threaten her with the radio/tv trouble shooter, that would get me nothing. She put me on hold and came back with the promise that the hole would be fixed today.Then when the employee showed up to do the repair he thought we were mad at him directly,he got chewed out for the situation.I find it interesting that an ... read more

We are very satisfied with the quality of work performed by this contractor. Very honest with his diagnosis of the problem and prompt resolution. Very reasonable in price!

Caleb was extremely honest, courteous and intelligent. My boiler pump has a minor leak. He provided me with the facts necessary to come to an educated decision about repairing my boiler. He could have pressured me into an expensive repair; instead he reasoned that the leak was very minor and wasn't a problem to the boiler. So he encouraged me to put a bucket there and problem solved. Thanks Caleb for being honest!
The system is good. I was a bit dissapointed with the layout of the pipes on the outside of the house however.....there was not really much regard given to aesthetics. There were a few issues with the system design that the Cooloer Co. came back and sorted out immediately for me at there own cost which I commend them on. Just make sure you push them a bit on keeping your house clean with an attic installation. Overall, reasonable job
Caleb was right on time, he was friendly and professional, he took the time to answer all of my questions, and he fixed the problem. I will be keeping his number for any future work! :-)
