He was OK -but the charge was higher than we were quoted over the phone!
Their estimate of time to complete the job was way off (extended three days) and their follow-up was poor. They did not show up one day as promised to show me how to program the heating/cooling system. I am happy with the product, but their customer care could be improved.
Other than finding out we had to wait 2 weeks for the equipment to become available (which does not appear to be of any fault of the Cooler Co) after we had scheduled the installation date, we were pleased with their service. They were honest about how much cooling we could expect using our 20+ year old existing duct system and seemed genuinely interested in making sure the heating & cooling equipment was installed correctly, to produce maximum efficiency.
