Received quotes from others, but The Cooler Company offered the American Standard brand and matched the best price quoted by competitor. Arrived on date and time scheduled and completed project timely.
They were missing a part to complete the project but made every attempt to gt it. They installed it on the Saturday of memorial dy weekend. They struggled with rewiring to the thermostat for as long as it took them to install the entire system. Finally had them reistall it on another wall. Everything that they moved out of the utility room to do the install they lefy in the basement. they did do great work and i would use them again without question.
The cooler company was professional in every aspect of our dealings with them. They were also at least $3000 cheaper than their competitors.
