Bob arrived promptly at the time discussed over the phone. He was very professional and personable and was able to take of the work in a very timely manner.
Very nice, on time. Some of his equipment seemed worn, which I felt didn't do as good of job cleaning my ducts as newer equipment could have.
His work was good, but he talked WAY too much.
I did not have a good understanding up front regarding what the cost would be. The system was damaged a part of the cleaning. The damage was repaired but the cost was over $300 for cleaning the inside heat exchanger.
They worked incredibly hard to get the best possible results for us.
He had to come out a couple times to get it completed. He was flexible with his schedule though and he was very polite. It was a commercial job and he needed a larger unit to get the ducts cleaned out.
Very thorough. Gave me some helpful tips on planned additions to the heating system. Took the time to do the job right (though with my questions, it took longer than anticipated...) If you want ducts cleaned, go with these guys.
