this company and the service they do are true five star pros.
They put the furnace in rather quickly but left the old one in our driveway for several days before they came and got it.

Thank you for you're feedback; the furnace that we took out was extremely heavy. We made sure with the homeowner that it was ok for a scrap co. to pick up the furnace the next day, (Monday) and asked him to call us if they did not show up for any reason. It did take a couple of days for the scrap co. to pick it up. Had the customer called us, we would have taken care of it immediatly. Very personable, knew what he was doing. For an emergency call he was at my door pretty quickly, and the price was extremely reasonable

I was so pleased with everything from the first telephone call, listening to our needs, scheduling equipment delivery (only ordered what we needed---no tacked on extras), and the installation team. The old furnace was taken out and the new one installed within 2 1/2 hours. Everything was cleaned up. The installation team is an uncle and his nephew--what a duo.
