I met with the owner of the company who answered all of my detailed questions regarding the equipment and installation and then he provided me with a written proposal. The work was scheduled and a crew of installers did the installation of a furnace and A/ C unit in one day. The operation of the equipment was fully tested and all work areas were cleaned prior to the crew leaving. Called set up date and time but they forgot to enter it into their system, I was told the day I called they were change over to new system.
Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional. Customer service and quality are obviously important to this company.
Excellent, prompt, courteous service. They showed up on time and had my central air installed in 3 hours.
As always it's difficult to be sure a repair company is not taking advantage of you but the Cooler Company was a pleasure to work with overall. They responded quickly, were polite and made sure I had heat that day. They do, however, need to wipe their feet as a courtesy. It's just a nice gesture. But DO call them. I still give them a thumbs up.
He responded very quickly. Came out and instead of just replacing a bunch of parts to try and solve the problem, took the time to accurately diagnose and repair it. He then tested everything to make sure all was in good working order. Great job!
This is one of the best companies I have dealt with in a long time. The staff responds quickly and professionally. I would recommend them for your furnace needs.
Small glitch on original install came back and corrected great service
These guys responded very quickly and had someone at my house within a couple of hours, on Super Bowl Sunday no less.
