Made after hours fix on Christmas Eve and re-opened the supply warehouse to get a replacement part. A little expensive but worth the price.
They did not fix my furnance. They came out on Saturday and my furnace stopped working on a Wednesday. They said they cleaned the furnace and the new company I had come out to fix it said the cleaning and work done on the furnance was not very good
The technician who came to work on the furnace was professional and even wiling to come, without additional charge, after I got home from work. He completed his check and gave me his recommendation within the time he estimated; when it proved necessary to come back a second time (I had to get approval from my landlord for the work to be completed), he and the company worked out a fair price for the second trip. They were amazing. I give them 20 stars for everything they did and going beyond the call of duty The owner walked me thru this @ 4 pm and sent a crew out immediately to replace the system. They stayed until 11 at night to make sure my 7 mos old baby and older pets would not go any longer without heat. The overall experience brings tears to my eyes.
These guys are great. They called me right away and set up an appointment. The guy who came out to do the work showed up right on time and explained to me what he would be doing. I asked them to send me a quote on a new furnace which they did not do but when I called they apologized and gave me a quote which was better than the other two places I had called. When I'm ready to get the work done I will be calling the cooler company.
didnt do the job right. I couldnt pass jefferson county inspection. they did not return my calls. I had to hire another pro to fix their mess.they didnt do th final duct work until 10 months later. I had to buy the registers too. They quote one price for the job and when it comes to do the job their quote doesnt stand. beware!!! They lied to me.
My new furnace works great. Prices very competitive and financing options helpful. The guys who installed it were very polite and helpful. Only complaint was that they arrived an hour late, but everyhing very satisfactory after that.
The tech was very professional. He answered all of our questions. The Cooler Co did a great job with communicaton and the price was good.
Andrey did a great job assessing our furnace problem. He determined quickly that the transformer needed to be replaced, did that, but the furnace continued to blow fuses unexplainably. He was very thorough in checking all possible other causes, finally determining that the elec. board might be bad, too. He provided a reasonable quote to replace it, but actually since then no fuses have been blown, so whatever else he did to assess the problem seems to have fixed it! Yay!
