Only ding was that the techs did not take of shoes or use the shoe covers. Other than that everything else was great! I had a smart gas valve go out and another company wanted upwards of $800 for the repair. The Cooler Company was going to replace for $389 but was a little concerned about the pilot assembly as well, but wouldnt know if that needed replacing until the gas valve was. I ended up just getting a brand new furnace for a great price.

I submitted my request at about 10 PM expecting to hear back in the morning, but boy was I surprised when I received a call within minutes from the Cooler Company! They were at my house within the hour and were able to fix my furnace in time for me to get a few hours sleep in a warm bed with no after-hour markup!! Thanks for coming out so quickly!

Swamp cooler works great
The Cooler Company was prompt, efficient, and did a great job. There was a small problem with the installation and the owner of the company came out the next day to fix the problem . I highly recommend this company.
