I met with Steve initially and decided that since my furnace was +20yrs old I would go ahead and replace it along with my hot water heater. Steve was friendly, knowledgeable and his price was very competitive. I got 2 other quotes and decided to give Steve the job. My ignitor light went out on the coldest day of the year thus far and I have two small children at home, of course this happened on a Sunday. The Cooler company came out as quick as they were able, fixed the problem in minutes and did a great job! The price was higher than it should have been due to the off hours, but a great contractor I highly recommend.
