After some tweaking that was needed from a leak, I am now satisfied that this company stands behind its work. I would and probably will work with them again.
They were efficient and on time. They also looked at my current furnace and made it more efficient by changing its layout to make it more efficient.... Which overall made it much more affordable to run.
These folks were exceptionally efficient and considerate during installation. They took great care to minimize disruption of the household and debris. Very friendly bunch, too. Installation was top notch, they use a high-end cooler and custom-built mountings to fit the roof. However, being a high-end installation the project wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for!
Called for an estimate and installed the following week! Great crew including the owner, Steve, the on site workers, Kamden, Bo and Tim and Laurie in the office. We LOVE our new evaporative cooler...and it was installed in 1 day!
Second time we have used The Cooler Co, and highly recommend any one to use them. Everyone is very friendly, and willing to take the time out of their day to explain the project to you!
These guys were great to work with. The cooler was gouged on the way up to the roof, and will need to be painted to prevent rust, but Tim has assured me that he would have someone come out and fix it. When this is done, I will change my quality rating to 5.
Work done as agreed. Friendly staff and owner. My cooler got several gouges in it exposing bare metal on the way up to the roof. I was assured that I would hear from the office to have it fixed. I am still waiting for that phone call. Once fixed, I would raise my rating for quality and overall rating.

We hired this company after the great views and after speaking with another company that HomeAdvisor provided. They beat the quote we got from the other company which was great! We hired them to come out that next weekend. When they were installing the line, they drilled the hole in the side of our brick and hit our foundation to our house.
