Very impressive Office staff-from their knowledge of services and products to the communication and attention to detail. The crew who showed up to complete our $10k+ chimney restoration was equally impressive and thorough. Showed up when they said they would-with exception to the rain- did what they said they would- and exceeded all of our expectations. Excellent. Requiring a near complete chimney rebuild (I know, YIKES, right?) we were anxious as time, cost, and reliability. Could not have been more pleased with Chimney Chap. Total professionals, were in contact regularly as to timing, spelled out the project and the materials exactly, and did the work on time and in the budget without any delays or problems. I would rather use local services whenever possible. I had a leaky chimney, contacted Chimney Chap, they came out in a timely manner and provided a quote. Reviewed with Holly, agreed and set an appointment for Dan to do the install. There was a birds nest; he came back the following week to complete the install; looks great. Working with both Holly and Dan was a very good experience for me and I would recommend.

I recently had my chimney inspected, repaired, and swept. The team was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had a ton of questions and they were able to answer to put me at ease. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the South Shore.

If I could give this company 100 stars I would! They came to my house because my fuel company and a duct cleaning service noticed I was having some low levels of Carbon Monoxide leaking into the house. I obviously freaked out and Scott made sure he changed his schedule to get out to see me right away. Ended up being an even bigger problem than anticipated due to how old my house was but he even came out on the Holiday to finish it. Can't say enough great things about the team. 12/20/2019 Interviewed Chimney Chap after two other chimney companies fell short. Visited their store--real impressed with people, inventory, store and offices. Owner Scott Sarras was excellent at suggesting different technological options, Holly in the office was most helpful in scheduling and the technicians arrived on time, did their work, made some adjustments, picked up and left the area cleaner then when they arrived.
