John came out to fix and clean my gas fireplace. The remote wasn’t working and the fireplace hadn’t been cleaned in several years. First off, he called to ask if he could arrive a little earlier than our scheduled appointment which worked out very well for me. While he was here he worked and acted very professionally and got the job done. No hidden costs..no surprises. He completely cleaned up and my fireplace looks like it did the day it was installed.

A had a follow up call today on a fireplace that was done by south shore fireplace service man Jon H****.I found him to be very professional,willing to explain what he was doing and why and when he was done the area was as clean as it was when he started the job.

I bought a really nice regency gas fireplace from South Shore Fireplace and couldn't have been happier with the way they treated me and completed the installation. They were the most attentive and considerate companies I approached which is why I went with them. We couldn't get the time of day from other fireplace stores. The serviceman from chimney cap came by and gave me an estimate on replacing my chimney cap. He was here at the time he had said was very polite and informative. I chose the cap I wanted and the young lady sent me an estimate and we set up the appojintment right then and there. Today May 7 the serviceman arrived with my new chimney cap, installed it and my wife was extremely happy. The two young men were courteous, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and were gone. Chimney Chap repaired, sealed and cleaned my chimneys this past fall. They did everything promised, they were neat, and arrived when scheduled. Really appreciated their good work after losing power for 5 days this winter. Won't hesitate to use them again!
