We had Chimney Chap inspect and repair our gas fireplace which was installed 18 years ago. Technicians **** and ****** were great. They were thorough and knowledgeable about our unit and made the necessary repairs to get many more years of use. They also cleaned everything out and it looks and runs like new. My husband said to mention that they were "top notch". It was also a pleasure to deal with ****** when scheduling the appointment and asking for info. I highly recommend this family-run company for service.

******************* came by yesterday to clean and inspect our two wood burning fireplaces. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very thorough. We appreciated his observations and fast turn around on detailed follow-up reports on the condition of each fireplace. I have already recommended **** and Chimney Chap to my neighbors.

Top notch! Showed up on time, completely prepared and went to work. ******************** and Dillan were great to work with. Everything ran smoothly and the guys cleaned up and took care like it was their own house. Everyone was knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasure doing business with the Chimney Chap! Every person I spoke with was knowledgeable, personable and pleasant! It was especially nice seeing C.C. doing what they said they were going to do every time! How did I see them all the way from *******? The folks at the C.C. kept me up to date at every turn. What a difference some simple phone calls make! I hired them to rebuild the chimney from the roof flashing up and install a S.S. liner along with a few other modifications. Tiarnan ******** arrived today to seal the flashing on my leaking chimney. He was very friendly and positive. The job was completed as I had hoped; it looks great from all sides. I would recommend the Chimney Chap.

I purchased a Quadrafire gas fireplace insert from The Chimney Chap in 2018. Scott did my initial assessment. He did a great job and provided several options for my application. I ended up purchasing a floor model at significant savings. John did a great job on the install. During the first season, the blower quit. John came for the parts installation, which was done at no charge since it was within 6 months of install. This past April, the pilot light went out and the unit was sending an error code signal and John came came... read more
