******************* came by yesterday to clean and inspect our two wood burning fireplaces. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very thorough. We appreciated his observations and fast turn around on detailed follow-up reports on the condition of each fireplace. I have already recommended **** and Chimney Chap to my neighbors.

I ended up purchasing a floor model at significant savings. John did a great job on the install. During the first season, the blower quit. John came for the parts installation, which was done at no charge since it was within 6 months of install. This is our 2nd time in a couple of years we have had Chimney Chap come to give our gas fireplace a routine tune up. Today Paul came to do our service. He arrived on time based on our appointment window and was professional and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and answered all the questions we had.
