**** was very professional and efficient - he respected my requests of him and kept his area clean. He was mindful to use drop cloths and clean up after himself. He clearly communicated his findings and w photos when giving explanations. I felt he did a great job and would absolutely recommend him to neighbors and friends in the area!

Great experience with the Chimney Chap team! ****, ***** and ***** were especially professional and detailed. They did great work getting our chimney back up and running. I would definitely recommend!
Wish I could give 0 stars. They came in with a very low price and once they were at the house to do the actual work everything was additional. Then when I agreed to the additional cost (didn't have a choice, needed a working chimney before heating season and it was September) they billed for a cost even higher than that which I was never informed of or consented to.

I had my pellet stove serviced 9/9/24 by ******* and **** , my husband and I were so happy with this ************************* ******* and **** took the whole stove apart to clean and were very methodical and knowledgeable about my stove.. My husband also told ******* that when the stove shuts down we get a vibration on the Custom Backing Plate on the stove which makes a lot of noise in the process of shutting down., With that information ******* knew just how to fix the problem by adding some additional screws to the back P... read more
