This is my first year and winter in Alaska. I ordered my 15 month old baby boy Toddler Boys Lace up Boots. My babies left leg was scratched up after wearing the shoes. He wears low socks. I couldn't figure out what happened. I put them on him again and again his leg was scratched. By the way he isnt talking yet. Never ordered or buying from this place again I had bought 165 worth of chlotes for my nieces birthday and paid for next day shipping and I was at work when I got a notification saying the items were delivered and when I got home there was nothing so I waited 1 more day and nothing and I had to take time out of my job to go the store and buy these items so I could gift them and when I tried calling customer service the hanged up on me 3 times and told me that I have to wait 14 days for them to put a claim so I waited 14 days... read more

Worse customer service ever. Ordered an item last week well enough in time for it to arrive by Friday of this week. My shirt went from Florida to Puerto Rico. Instead of helping me by sending another one and I told them I’d send the first one back if it ever came they refused to help me.

Never again!! I ordered some boots for my daughters and got a confirmation from CHILDREN'S PLACE that my items were delivered. This was the Friday after Thanksgiving so when I didn't see my items in the hallway of my building or by my door I figured there was a delay from the Holiday. I finally decide to call today and was told that because on their end it shows as delivered I would need to file a claim w/ UPS and/or my bank. This will be the last time I ever shop there again. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE.. they barely speak English, don’t communicate between dept., they try to brush off the problem. They gave my children’s place credit card info to another person and now I have had two people calling me demanding a 75$ payment from children’s place. I call customer marco el and they want to brush it off as they always do. I was scammed into a Place credit card. I was offered 30% off at checkout if I applied for a card. Because I would save almost $30 I agreed and entered my info. I was then told that I already had an account and they would just fill in the credit card area with the old account number (also meaning I wouldn't get 30% off). I had rewards cash expiring so I was like whatever and proceeded with order, but found that it didn't pre-fill any credit card info. I paid with another card and didn't think anything else about it. Customer Service is HORRRIBLE. I shopped here before and never had an issue. But this time, I will NOT BE BUYING NOTHING at CHILDRENS PLACE! My daughter had a gift card given to her for her birthday. Horrible customer service. One department does not communicate with another. The clothes are great. There customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Constant order mistakes, coupons not working online. No dates on sales so you never no when a sale will be ending. Certain sizes are only available online, but then you can't navigate their online ordering or the sale ends in with no notice.
