Worst customer service experience ever. Never recieved a package because the carrier lost it. The children's place was unwilling to refund my money. Instead suggested I dispute the charge with my bank.
Never got my order.No reply on my email. Their automatic system opened the case, that someone will contact you, no one ever contacted me. Calling was useless, after an hour on hold, they said that there is nothing they can do, deal with a shipping company, they won't get involved. Scam. Period.
Extremely bad customer service and policies. Children's place did not put the apartment number to my address to my apartment on the package. So therefore it wasn't delivered to me but left in the apartment lobby for anyone to take which they did. Children's Place literally blamed me as it was my fault. They took no responsibility and made me feel like I was at fault and not the victim. I did place a large order with Gymboree online (in excess of $600) and I paid $20 for expedited shipping. 12 days after I placed the order, I had not received the order. According to the tracking number, it has been less than 10 miles away for 8 of those days. The Gymboree customer service agent told me to contact *** myself to find out the issue. Children's Place will not hold itself accountable for anything! Seems like other people have suffered similar injustice. I placed an order online, which was supposedly delivered. I live in a very secure area and after searching the property thoroughly, I couldn't locate the package. I contacted customer service, but they couldn't offer assistance as it was showing delivered on their system. My first time going into the childrens Place (Lancastet pa) was not a great experience. The young employees that were there were eating in the front of the counter did not acknowledge me. I also ask for help several times in they act as if I did not exist. I then went back into the childrens Place store and I kind of felt like they were discriminated me. They were nice and assisted someone that was white but did not treat me well, and I'm black
Terrible customer service the sales rep at ************ needs more training as what his duties are. You cannot approach someone with concerns that doesnt make any sense due to ***** many clothing stores dont give you the bag you need to place your items in therefore I always brought my own bags instead of the sales person explaining the reason why we couldnt put the stuff in our personal shopping bag he instead stated that no one else has a bag instead the store which makes no sense how else are we suppose to carry our items... read more
On April 24th, my daughter and I went to the ************, ** store to exchange some of her clothes. I purchased some of the items online and had a receipt. Since some of the shirts had no tags, I was rudely told no, laughed at, and told to leave by the ***************** named, *******. She refused to give me her store manager or district manager number or any information. I have made so many purchases with this company and refuse to buy anything else since they have poor customer service and horrific business practice!!!
