What a disappointment this company has become. I have contacted them now 3 times since May 2nd when the carrier lasership stated they delivered on the 1st in my mailroom. I was home ALL day and I do not have a mailroom. They keep telling me to go to lasership which I have done and the only response is from them is they investigated and it says it was delivered. Both carrier and Children Place customer service can care less and by the looks of it another customer is out of their money with no products that was bought.

THEIFS!! People check your statements. They are charging a $2 every single cycle. When asked they say its interest. Interest is not a set fee! Plus everytime I call they are so quick to credit my account which is suspicious. They still charge it on a zero balance!! This company is stealing!!

If I could give this company zero stars that's what I would have done. Do not purchase anything from them. They claimed the item I ordered was "no longer available" which was purchased on April 26, 2022. I proceeded to purchase a t-shirt for my granddaughter from Amazon. They then inform me my order is ready to be picked up. I called to inform them why are they now saying it's ready for my pickup days later. They had an ad come up when I was scrolling the site. It said apply for a anyplace credit card and get 30% off this order. So I did and got approved went to the cart and put pay with my place card. The discount never came off nor did I get my childrens place cash rewards with this order. I had called a few times and they are very rude and kept telling me once you hit submit there is nothing they can do to help. I now understand why they are all being shut down!!! I use to love shopping in their stores but I will not be back.

Placed an order on April 13, 2022. I never received the package. So, I contacted ***** on the customer service chat line. I was informed that it showed delivered. Yet, I never received my order. I only asked for a replacement at first. She told me to call the post office or dispute charges with the bank. I informed her that I just wanted what I paid for. So, I called the main number. I ordered 7 items and got 4 but my account was charged for all 7 items. Called customer service hoping that they could sent the other items but NO luck they gave me a refund as my only option saying that they don't have access to ship from a store. I then proceeded to repurchase the items and they prices went up on the items by 50%??????!!!!!!!!Thus is ridiculous and when I raised it with the Manager of the customer rep she had nothing to say apart from apologies. Poor service all round!!!

Absolutely DIDGUSTING customer support!!! Never again will I order from this company!!! 2 weeks later and my package is missing and they refuse to do anything to help!

I sent the Childrens place an email on Sunday (4/10) regarding an item that was supposed to be removed from my items but kept on and something else was removed. The item i did not want was ***** for a pack of socks and the item they removed was only ****. They did not send a reply back about a resolution. I just wanted the difference back

Terrible customer service. Too bad so sad is their philosophy. Ordered items to receive in time for a birthday. Received an email from the company that items shipped the next day. 3 days later, received an email from *** that items shipped. So, where was my order for those 3 days? It's going to be late and I have to go shopping for a different gift now. **************** won't do a damned thing about it. My last order with this company.
