I have been waiting for a package since THANKSGIVING. I was nice and gave lasership time to get me package at a timely manner. However as of today still no package. No movement on my package or nothing . Its sad I called The Children Place and they are asking me to wait longer . Why do I have to wait longer for my money back ? This company puts the customer between themselves and their vendors to deal with any mistakes. I ordered clothes that were never delivered when I called them they told ME to call their shipping company lasership and file the complaint or to dispute the charge with my bank. I filed a claim with lasership, they said the package has been delivered and to contact Gymboree, I called Gymboree and was told they would not refund me the money since lasership is saying it was delivered. I ordered my daughters winter jackets ten days ago was supposed to be here December 3rd but the tracking hasnt moved once since the 2nd I have tried calling and was hung up on. I have sent three emails and no response. All I want to know is if the package is lost it has gotten allot colder in just the last week and I would like my money back so I can buy elsewhere but there is literally nobody that will answer.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE CHILDREN'S PLACE - YOU HAVE A CHANCE OF BEING CHEATED! We placed an online order with THE Children's Place and their delivery company shipped it to the wrong address. When we called The Children's Place customer service department, a supervisor told us there is nothing they can or will do other than to give us the delivery company information and we would need to try and retrieve our purchase. This company double charged me for my order. And the charges don't even match up. They are both off by a couple of cents. I made an order and part of it was able to be picked ** in the store and the other part had to be shipped. They made this into two orders, the store order and shipped. Now there are four changes on my debit card, when there only be two. I had to a lock on my card. I want them to refund me the extra charges.
This company does not refund for orders not received. On the website it says they can reship or refund for orders not received but when I contacted a representative to let them know the carrier reported delivering my order when it was not delivered, they said I would not be refunded and the order would not be reshipped.
This is my second time shopping online with this company and let me just say this is my last time. I just dont understand how a company can be so nonchalant about customers orders. Like we spend money to keep you all in business and thats how you treat us? I have been waiting for my package for a long time and I still havent received it nor have a gotten an updates on it. Its a bit early to leave this review but my level of stress makes it fair. I made two orders (about 100$ each) with Childrens place on the same day, a Saturday. On the following Monday I received a notification that my orders shipped and an estimated delivery date of the following day, Tuesday. That day came and went. It is no wonder they only have a 1 Star. Being located in ** is also a Red Flag!!! The **************** is the Worst. They offer some "ok" clothes for the kids, but then is it worth it in the end. I was given a couple gift cards to get "uniforms" only to try to place the order several times and it not go through. I tried over a weeks time both on my phone and on my laptop and it would not take the Gift Cards. I double checked the Gift Cards and YES - they had the funds on them.
