I have ordered here before& shipping has always been slow, no problem. My packages have also always come in separate packing, again it wasn’t an issue. However this last time I ordered they messed up my order& charged me for items I didn’t receive& then gave me a duplicate of one of the shirts. VERY poor customer service and poorly handled website maintenance! My card has a separate billing address from my shipping address, and I've never had issues with that before. When I put in my information, the website replaced the shipping with the billing address! I emailed and called multiple times and was unable to reach anyone for 3 days. The Children's place is turning into the most unethical place to shop. I have been a customer for the last 18 years and in the last couple of years their customer service has been the worst. Last week I placed an order twice, Both times they canceled my orders and they never notified my bank so my monies have been on hold ever since. Awful!!! 2nd time ordering and it's like ordering from wish! Takes at least a week before they send me 1st email then they say they will be shipping a quarter of my order soon. Wtf i ordered it all at the same time so why not ship it at the same time? By the time i get my stuff my baby will be grown out of that size. 2nd time this happened now i will never order from them. I had recently made a purchase for store pick up in March of this year, due to the covid-19 pandemic essential business closures unfortunately I wouldn't be able to pick up my order obviously because it's unsafe for people to be out and about. Becareful with this company and with ****** they are a bunch of thiefs, I made a return of an online order on 02/01/20202 at centennial store in Las Vegas, NV. they never refunded the money to my account! As of 02/17/2020 *****l stole $6.60 and left negative balance in my account, children’s place kept my items. Be really careful with both companies, ****** only cares about sellers not the buyers. I can’t due a chargeback with my bank because ****** returned the money to the card but them stole from my account after I send them proof of the return I made in store.
