Horrible experience. This company basically stole $600 from me. I ordered my kiss school clothes and the company decided to cancel the day before they were supposed to arrive. They have yet to return my money and they say the people who can release the money and who can tell me why my order was canceled dont have access to email or phones, I can only hop througj the customer service agents that keep assuring me the next step will be made im 48 hours... but this has been 7 days. Straight robbery!

Be aware of The Children's Place "sale prices" and "Place Cash" systems. I have witnessed this numerous times now, at least on the online store. They will run their "Place Cash" promotion, where you get an x amount of "Place Cash" to use toward a future purchase (only during specified dates), for every $20 you spend. When it is time to spend that Place Cash, however, you will see all the prices on the entire website double (more or less). I ordered my son a coat for Christmas. Got everything else I ordered except the coat... Kept looking at the order. It said they'd let me know when it was ready to be shipped... Until one day it just said order cancelled. No notification. I had to research it myself. In addition, as I'm checking the order status that says my son's coat was cancelled, they are suggesting the VERY SAME coat to be added to my cart... For $10 more! I emailed them and asked what happened weeks ago. Never received a response.

After reading other reviews I see I'm not alone in my frustration attempting to contact customer service to resolve an issue. I cannot get through on the phone which is busy 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Attempted to send an email and it was deleted when I pushed send. How do they stay in business? This is nothing more than shifty classless business practices.I wish I could leave no stars for this nasty organization whom will hopefully be out of business soon.

Never received items that were ordered. When I called I was basically told nothing could be done. I wasn’t even offered a refund

There should be an option to leave no stars. I would like to know why the prices you advertise via email and on your website do not match the store prices. I feel very mislead and believe that this is fraudulent bait and switch tactics! I tried to order online to pick up in store and every item I selected was "unavailable". So I decided to go into the store to see what was available. Nearly every item I tried to order was there! So I thought ok, maybe website issue. How is this place still in business??? Worst customer service ever, and they even refuse to send a replacement or reimbursement for an order never received! My credit card company can now take up a dispute with them for that! I placed an order for 6 items on Cyber Monday in preparation for an upcoming ski trip. Apparently my order was split into 2 shipments, which is fine. The first order arrived when it said it would, and contained 2 of my 6 items. Placed an order on Monday it went through fine, placed an order Tuesday and says it didn't go thru so wait an hour and replace the order, mean while first order decides to go through and I get charged twice. Called them to cancel the duplicate order and they say it didn't go thru twice and ask if I want to cancel Monday's order, um no...so email customer service instead after double checking the charge and receiving two shipping notifications for the same items i ordered Tuesday and now I get an email saying they canceled my... read more

My orders over the past few months have all been canceled. There has been four total. My credit card had pending charges and I never received a formal order cancellation email. I would have to log in to my account to see where it says order has been canceled $0.00. I called the company and I received a different answer for each time my order was null and void.
