Poor customer service. I have emailed and called to no avail. They will ignore you. They charged me twice for the same order and I ended up having to deactivate my card so they couldn't take anymore money from me. THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS.

I placed an order online on 7/27. I only received 2 of the 8 items I ordered. The rest of the order shipped separately, but apparently never even made it to the carrier, even though I received a shipping confirmation email and a tracking number. The package has been sitting at "on its way" for quite a while now. I called in and spoke with a rep on 8/9. I was to be given a refund for the items not received. That totaled 27.78. I ordered my daughter stuff way ahead of time for school and never received anything. I didn’t get a tracking number or nothing. Ive called a million times and still nothing. Don’t shop with them. Never again

They give out rewards, but when you use them to order an item online, that they say is in stock, your order is cancelled and you lose your rewards. I understand if I made a purchase and returned, but my order was cancelled. That was beyond my control. Not only that, but the points that I accrued from making the purchase that was cancelled, were taken away from my account. If you can take those points away, you could be able to give me back the rewards so that I can make my purchase again when the items are back in stock. I b... read more

They sent out emails and such about great deals for back to school. When you order from them for the back to school they take your money and then over a week later everything is still processing. You can't get ahold of anyone via social media or emailing and calling. These were clothes for school and now they are still processing when they should have shipped already....very disappointed.

So disappointed in this store. I have been a loyal customer for years. I placed an order on July 24th for school uniforms. They had a promo to save 5% if you pick up in store. The estimated arrival date for my order was August 6-10th. I received an email this morning saying my order was shipped with a new estimated arrival date of August 21-25th. This is in regards to my recent experience at Children's Place Cumberland Mall Atlanta, GA on July 24, 2019 at 11:30 am. I arrived to pickup my online purchase and I was asked for my ID. I explained to the clerk(whom was African American) at the counter that I had left my ID in my other vehicle. She then said to me "well can't you just go to your car and get it".
