I’m purchased school uniforms for my children and today was the shipping date. I missed the delivery and called ups because they said that my package was left at my door. I do not live in the best neighborhood and have asked for my packages to be left in the office or taken back. The office and 4 neighbors say they didn’t have my package. I'm tired of their white employees following me around asking me if I need help every five minute. There's other customers in the store that probably need help like the white ones. They need to train their employees on customer service and racial profiling.
I believe their issues are because of COVID 19, because there's no way they'd be in business if this is what they do regularly. In early May I ordered some clothes and the order shipped in parts. I got an email that a swimsuit had shipped, but the tracking number just never updated and always said "ready to go". I tried and tried to contact customer service, they don't answer their emails and you can't get a person on the phone. Emailed multiple times over a two week period about a missing item with no response. Unable to get through via phone over the same two week period. When I do finally get through I am told that the item was canceled. There was never any email sent regarding the item was canceled. Poor way to run a business.
I ordered 13 items on June 1, 2020. I received all but one item and in it's place I received a girls t-shirt which I did not order for my grandson. I have been calling for 2 days and each time I receive the message that all associates are busy and to try back at a later time. VERY frustrating not to be able to leave a message. I tried emailing multiple times and no one has answered any of the emails. I would like my problem to be resolved but I have no one to contact. Can anyone help??
I purchase some clothes from them before. I never had any problem until my recent order. I purchased 6 items on June 14th. 5 of them have arrived. 1 item is still in “process” status and I can’t even track it. I sent email several times and got no response. I want my item I paid for delivered or money back. Unfortunately there’s no way to contact them. They certainly lost a customer here. Terrible company.
I placed an order on 08JUNE20 and only 10 of the 26 items I purchased have been shipped. My card has been charged MULITPLE times and I’ve only received half of items I ordered. I totaled up my charges and they over charged me by $48!! My order was only 90 and yet one of the charges was $93... ONE CHARGE ALONE WAS $93!! I’ve been charged but haven’t received my items
I placed an order April 1st and the order shipped on April 5th. I waited and waited but never received my package. I've made multiple attempts to get in contact with the company regarding next steps, through email, phone, and on ******** with no response. I filed a claim with UPS which they deemed the package was lost and I was told to contact the shipper which I cannot get in contact with!
