No sooner I placed a order and paid I get a email confirming everything I ordered. I then checked my account and 2 items were canceled!!!! Sent them a email of my frustration, took them 3 days to reply which was no help. I called to cancel order, the guy assured me it was canceled, even told me the amount. 3 hrs later I get 2 emails from them, 1 stating 2 items were canceled and other saying items shipped. I have placed an online order in February which never came and when I called customer service they had no idea why. They did issue a refund. I immediately placed the order again on March 4, and as of today this order has also not been delivered. I called customer service again about 2 weeks later and spoke to Johan who told me I needed to wait a couple more days and he would contact me. I never received a call. This is the worst company I have ordered from ever. I ordered stocking my kids needed for school. It was lost in transit. I wanted the Childrens place to just expedite the order since my kids needed it for school and they said the system would **** it as a red flag. Theres always a way around it. I use to work in customer service and I know how it works.

Consistent with other reviews, the the business provided a tracking number soon after the order, but the carrier never received the item. They claim to have shipped an item with ***** but **** tracking still shows Awaiting Pickup. The business confirms that items are listed as ready for pickup, but I have to call the carrier about the delayed/lost order. If the package was never picked up, a customer should not be told to call the carrier. The shipping contract is with the seller and the carrier, not the carrier and the buye... read more

I order my merchandise and it was suppose to arrived on date that they had on the website when I order. I order the items February 12 they shipped my items February 14 to the carrier ONTRAC. When I looked in the system my items wasnt delivered to the carrier. I called Childrens place 5 times they stated that they was waiting on ONTRAC to pick up my items. terrible customer service. I tried to return items after Christmas and could not get a store credit. ******** down the street not only gave me credit but I used it right away and spent even more. Very short sighted, Will never step in store again. This store is at ******** outlets in *************

The absolute WORST place to order anything from at all. **************** is horrible, wait time is horrible, its disgusting how they take your money but never want to give you what you paid for then have the audacity to try their best not to give it back. DISGUSTING!! This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!

Horrible customer service. I have been waiting since Dec 3 for my items. I have not received them to this day and I still have not received a refund. How is this store still open for business! Shut them down.

I placed an order that says it was delivered to me on 12/06 at 10:45 PM via OnTrac. I was home all that night and no delivery came. I find it very suspicious that any delivery driver would be out at 10:45 PM still making deliveries. I contacted *** multiple times about getting a refund. They said I needed to make a claim with OnTrac, which I did, but all OnTrac tells me is what I can see on their tracking webpage-- that the package was delivered in the middle of the night, which is a lie.
