Longest wait to get in, to get drinks, to get food, to get receipts. Ridiculous. 4 hours wait for my daughter's birthday experience. Food wasn't even good, nor was the service. Then mandatory 18% tip added for a party of 9 who couldn't even sit together.
Waited close to an hour for a table. Once we got a table, waited another twenty minutes for the server to show up. Ordered appetizers, no plates, silverware or napkins were given. Had to ask for those! Ordered the main course and that went without a hitch. Ordered cheesecake to go and waited for ten minutes and another ten minutes for the bill. Really enjoy The Cheesecake Factory but will not be going to the one in Birmingham again.
