went to the cheesecake factory around 630 waited 40 minutes for a table and another 20 minutes after we got our table on any kind of service. Didn't get and complimentary dinner bread , no appetizer plates or silver ware. I had to stop someone and asked for silverware. the drinks were overly sweet. over all we were there over 2 hours before we got our check and got to leave.. we have never had such poor service at any other cheesecake factory. One of the cheesecake we ordered to go was also wrong. . over all the food is good... read more

Had 2 reservations for today at 12pm, scheduled ahead of time, and showed the appointment texts and relevant info to the hostess. She laughed about the predicament and said ‘oh they must just not be pulling up’ and said the wait was an hour and a half, and proceeded to be rude. A manager got involved and instead of correcting a business employee on proper customer service techniques and etiquette, said ‘she’s a good employee’ as she continued to laugh and not honor the reservations we had documentation and texts to prove alt... read more

RecommendedOur server Joseph was awesome! I wasn’t sure what to order and he recommended the Chicken Costolleta and it was very delicious! Of course, we ordered our usual cheesecake. So delish! Highly recommend!
