All of the staff made a very scary day better from the care and personal attention to both our dachshund and ourselves. We were seen quickly as a walk in. I was a mess. We were treated with respect and Riley was wagging his tale in gratitude by the end of his visit. Thank you!
I think Dr. Ruiz is the greatest. She sits on the floor with the animals and talks directly to them. You pet is the patient, not you. I have been very pleased with her services and would recommend them to anyone who loves their pet. I just read one of the reviews that wasn't complimentary and this customer saw one of her other doctors. I see that Dr. Ruiz is hiring another veterinarian so I think that problem may have been solved.

Very caring, supportive, and clean environment. We have been with TBE since getting our pup 5 years ago and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.
Love them they are always very good when we are there. Yesterday we had to have our 10 year old cat put down because he had a big cancer mass in his stomach and kidney. They were really good when we were there they talked with us and told us what was wrong with him. Love all of them there. They took us to a comfy room and we got to sit and hold Buddy till he passed and after
This place n people are awesome they took such good care of my brother n I we had to rush my Mother dog there.. My Mother passed away 10 yrs ago. All we had left was her dogs.. They where so good to us can't Thank them enough
I was new to the city and my chihuahua was unable to open her eye for a few days. I'm also a grad student working full time, so my schedule is busy and funds limited. Everyone there took great care of Lyssie, and they discussed all treatment options and gave me an estimate of her care before taking any steps forward. They also accept Care Credit, which is awesome! I love the walk-in hours for my schedule as well. Definitely found my new vet in Pittsburgh and excited for my other dog to meet the staff!
