The Big Easy is just wonderful. The staff, vet techs and vets are caring, compassionate and skilled. I have two 15 + yr old dogs who have been seen in emergency (walk-in) situations within the last two weeks. I couldn't be more pleased with the care they both received. The facility and location are a breeze to get to with great parking. Thanks to all who helped my sweet puppies! 💕🐶🐶

A routine checkup for our dog Hershey turned into a case for Dr. House to figure out why her platelets were extremely low. Dr. Ruiz has been fantastic in working with us to figure out the cause and staying in touch with us throughout the process. I’ve not always loved the front office staff and hadn’t been here in a few years, but this last week everyone has been amazing. Hershey and I definitely recommend.
There should be an option to select one extra star to rate places like this. 5 doesn't seem like enough. Everyone there really seems to care deeply about what they do and about the animals they care for. Really warm and inviting. Deeply grateful this place exists.
Dr. Thornton and the Big Easy team have been taking care of my dog Cinnamon for a number of years. As a rescue, with a difficult past, she has several health problems. Dr. Thornton has always explained everything very clearly, and obviously cares. At times Cinnamon has been ill, Dr. Thornton frequently calls in the evenings or weekends to check on her.
