I love this vet! Dr. Thornton does more with my dog (Roxye) than I ever saw any vet do. She sat down on the floor with her, & showed true compassion. She gave us hope wen all others where only telling us to let her go. Her acupuncture treatments have shown so much promise, & we will continue to go there even after Roxye is better. The staff is the kindest & always smiling. You always feel welcome, & they have a great cafe right next door!
They have walk-in hours and are so friendly and caring. Great murals and artwork. It's a great place for pets and their humans.
We walked in without an appointment. Had to wait awhile, but they got us in as soon as possible. Great staff, great care. So this is an update. Winston ate something he wasn’t supposed to. He threw up a few surprises, but apparently, something was still stuck. He ended up having to have exploratory surgery. During the procedure, his heart stopped, and he was brought back with cpr. I watched this veterinarian hospital prosper into an amazing business. Hands down the best veterinarian hospital in the Burgh, they have so much to offer...you have to see for yourself! 🐾
This was our first visit. We are extremely pleased and will continue to bring our pets here. The staff was friendly and listened to us. The vet was pleasant and talked to the dogs. Prices comparable to our former vet.
The Vet we were assigned was clueless to my cats condition and completely incompetent. I would have told her myself had she ever called me back. Brook Brison, go back to Vet school !!!
