Tonight was our first time at The Big Easy and I was overwhelmed with a sense of relief throughout our whole visit -- we have FINALLY found the perfect vet for us and our new French Bulldog pup. We had originally taken him Banfield, where we were pretty dissatisfied with our visit. The facility is rather beautiful inside. Not pleased with the staff in the front.I had asked on several occasions about a medication for my dog my question was never answered and found out yesterday that the girl in the front never asked the dr. No notes to her at all. My bill for medication was $400 which I did not expect.. went there because I thought they were different. Disappointed... I am really hoping my dog starts feeling better... not sure I would recommend them to friends of mine.
Its been little over a week since i had to make that difficult decision with my cat 'Old Man'. This was my first time ever being there and to come there for these circumstances i felt uncomfortable and terrible. The Doctor and Tech that took care of Old Man and me were at all times very warm, kind and so patient. Its never easy to make that decision, to this day i hate that i had to do it but i am so grateful that i had this hospital by my side.
