We unexpectedly got a kitten today and needed to have him checked out today. Yes we waited a little longer because we were a walk in, but we received time, attention, and our questions were answered. I couldn't be more thankful for the time they spent with us and Jack.
I cannot say enough good things about Big Easy. My wife and I rushed our dog in this morning after he was having trouble walking. The staff pulled his file quickly and got him into a room. JP (Vet Tech) was amazingly pleasant and understanding of the situation, Dr. Trail came in and did a thorough physical exam. blood work and we were on our way home with medication for an arthritis flare up in a little over and hour. I absolutely love this vet. We've been going for 5 years but this past visit last week we found out my dog has lime disease. We were a little confused on the meds after getting home and called them back to ask some questions. The woman on the phone was not very nice and honestly I'm very upset over it. My dog is my family and I don't like having attitude from someone that is supposed to be helping. Both my Mother and I thought she was rude during separate phone calls.
Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Making the appointment was super easy.
Dr. Lavery and the staff at Big Easy saved our cat's life. They worked so hard with us to make him well again. We'll be forever grateful. ♥
This is the only place i will take my babies to. They give such great care and have amazing patience. Everytime i come here i have nothing but satisfaction. Staff is very friendly and understanding!
