I think that the Big Easy is one of those wonderful best veterinarians around cares very much explains very well everyone is professional friendly courteous and you are absolutely wonderful I've made a few mistakes by going somewhere else I thought it was a little cheaper but some things you can't do generic she is the top of her craft and she was worth every penny I will never take my dogs anywhere else thank you big easy
Everyone was so professional and took the time to listen and address all my concerns. My miniature schnauzer came in for back problems and I got a great explanation along with all my other questions getting answered. They went over all the costs before doing anything.
My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Ruiz & her medical staff for taking so much time to give compassionate, excellent care to my Toby when he was in distress. And a million thanks to the reception staff who are so kind, patient & helpful! I appreciate it so very much!
I boarded my dog Waffle there a couple weeks ago, but on the morning I was dropping her off I noticed she had some blood in her urine. The staff there assured me that waffle would be seen by a vet and given the best care possible while I was out of town. They were even kind enough to put up with 100+ phone calls from me checking in on my dog. In the end, Waffle was fine and by all accounts had a wonderful time at this place. I cant recommend them enough!
