I am so happy that the BEAH is a part of our neighborhood. We just brought our kitty, Moco, home after a two night stay there due to a health problem that needed immediate attention. Everyone there was so incredibly helpful and so kind to both my fiance and I, and most importantly to our little furry guy. It was hard to leave him, but we were put at ease knowing he was in great hands and well-cared for. Been following Dr Ruiz since she first came to the burgh.... Was so happy when she finally opened her own place, her love and compassion for animals (and their people) are amazing, and they got me thru some tough times with some of my pets! I can't speak more highly of Dr. Ru and her staff
I have had animals my whole life, and have never been in such excellent care as Dr. Lavery and Dr. Ruiz and the whole staff provided for my cat Vinnie. The time, the teamwork, the quality of how you and your pet are handled is beyond rating. My only regret is I wish we had found The Big Easy sooner.
Absolutely the most wonderful and caring Dr's techs and staff. I couldn't be more greatful to everyone, not just for what they did and how they treated Chloe, but for how they handled the hurricane of emotions that I was experiencing. God bless them all.
I can't say enough wonderful things about them. I have taken my dogs here for a few months before we had to put our eldest to rest. They were so caring and compassionate. Everyone in the office were beyond words. Absolutely the best vet I've ever seen in my 20+ years of being a pet owner.
