Wonderful staff and professionals who absolutely took great care and love for their work.
The nurses and doctors are thorough and take their time with each patient. They are all kind and have wonderful patient interactions. We have never had a negative experience with any employee. I love that they have walk-in hours, even though the wait can be long. I highly recommend TBEAH to anyone that asks where my dog gets seen.
I just want to throw a HUGE shout out to the two techs (ugh, I should have gotten their names) whom were absolutely amazing with my dog today. Bear was scheduled for surgery (canine extraction) but has some kennel anxiety and they went out of their way to make her comfortable pre & post surgery, and they did it with smiles on their faces. Knowing that my dog was comfortable and well taken care of made me relax. Thank you so much!! You guys are rockstars!!!
I needed a place to go with a sick cat when my bet was closed for renovations. I went on a Friday at 2 during walk in hours. My kitty didn't get better, so I had to go back the following Monday. I was impressed with everyone - from the front office staff to the techs who handled my fractious cat really well to the 2 vets I saw. Sadly, my kitty didn't make it, but it was not their fault. I was very happy with the cate we got.
I am EXTREMELY BLESSED to be a part of such an AMAZING hospital with not only the best bunch of technicians around & doctors that TRULY care beyond words about the overall health & welfare of every animal they see! In this field it's a rare thing to find genuinely caring, loving & knowledgeable vets that still care after working at least 15 hour days, getting hit with whatever the day brings & never skimping on a single thing to offer the best practice possible! I'm so happy to have finally found home! ���
