Aileen and her staff are truly incredible. Our basset hound, Daisy, is scared of going to the vet, but staff members got down on her level to calm her down while examining her and administering shots. Aileen completed a thorough examination and talked me through what she was doing. She and the vet techs took the time to ask questions about Daisy's routines (appetite, water consumption, etc.) and answer my questions thoroughly. We just had out first appointment with our rescue dog, Pitty, at the Big Easy. Our dog is still adjusting to life on the outside and the staff at the Big Easy staff were really great with her. Dr Ruiz was very caring, professional and thorough. Plus the clinic is clean and new. Absolutely the best vet in town!!

After my dog wandered out of our gate, these ladies with the help of their families, friends and local support took great care of him after he was left in their care. The entire staff was bright, friendly and genuinely cared for my Ziggy. We had him microchipped the same day he was returned at their facility, to help protect him in the future.
