The food was amazing and just wish the NOLA BBQ SHRIMP was available in a large plate.

My husband and I had our first visit to the Bayou last night for our date night. It's not often we try new restaurants but we are extremely glad we tried this place. We are always worried that we won't like the food when trying a new spot and since we don't get very many date nights it sometimes stops our spontaneity in picking a place. This is my fourth experience with the Bayou restaurant and the food is consistently excellent. The owners and staff are viable and engage to offer you a great dinning experience. I actually met Christian, half owner, and he was pleasant, took time to chat, and aked what he could do to make my visit better. If you haven't been there, please go and enjoy a very nice meal.

My wife had been there a few times but it was my first time there and the food was excellent! The waitress was very good and the atmosphere was outstanding! We will be back!!!

Went for the first time last night and it was unbelievable. I lived a short time in the south and tried a lot of southern food. This food can stand up to any southern cooking. For the amount of food I had (Gumbo and Ribs) the price was outstanding. The ribs alone should be a $30 plate and it's only a $10-$12 plate and probably the best set of ribs I have ever and I mean ever had.
