Fantastic food and atmosphere! (And good prices)
Wow! This tiny little place is full of fabulous! We didn't know where to start with ordering despite the small selection of choices but don't let that fool you, this place is amazing and the food is full of flavor!!! Bartender was extremely personable and knew the menu like the back of her hand! We'll be back.

As always, Bayou doesn't disappoint. The Blue Bayou was refreshing. We ordered the mac n' cheese. It truly is one of my favs, such a comfort food. The brisket po' boy was delicious and packed with flavor. Thanks again for a great experience.

Great service and great food. Gotta make reservations these days as the word is out. My wife felt that they had altered the recipes a little or hired a new chef, things just weren't the same (IHO). I thought the gumbo had been better, but the fried chicken and Mac & cheese were top notch as always. Cocktails rock too FYI. I'd go 5 stars, but my wife is usually right, so 4 due to a change in chefs/recipes

As for someone who has spent a lot of time in New Orleans. The food here is dead on authentic.
