Great food excellent service I will be back chicken was very good
Fried chicken sandwich was the best thing iv eaten in a year .fresh cut fries . Waitress was good . Owner brought us the food . Very clean place . Make a reservation if u go at night . We went for lunch . Easy in and out . The sandwich had bread and butter pickles which i dont like . Tried them and it was worth it . On this sandwich they are soooooo good .
The food was incredible!! Awesome atmosphere too! Very friendly staff, fast service. Overall great experience. Definitely recommend to everyone

All of the food was absolutely incredible! Highly recommend the cornbread and catfish! Their drinks are one of a kind as well! Everything about this place was great. Great service and atmosphere. Will recommend to anyone looking for a place to dine around Bethlehem.

The Bayou very nice atmosphere, staff very polite and food is good. I ordered the gumbo and cornbread. The gumbo flavor was good but my bowl was more liquid than actual ingredients (shrimp,etc). The cornbread good flavor, but heated up too long. Ended up adding cornbread to the gumbo soup, which soaked up the suction. Overall my food was very tasty.
I went twice. The atmosphere is very nice but the food is lack-lusting. The batter on the fried tomatoes was hard - very hard. The remoulade sauce was just stone-ground mustard. The shrimp poboy lacked shrimp for the size of the roll. The mac & cheese was mediocre I will say the meat in it was a nice touch. The gumbo was inedible. The shrimp and grits was ok at best.
