The food was amazing and incredibly fresh. Atmosphere is so much fun, you really get that Louisiana feel. Mixed drinks are not lacking on the alcohol, you get your money's worth. Etoufee was delicious; the shrimp was so fresh and carolina rice was the perfect compliment. Husband loved the brisket po boy. Beignets...mouth watering. We WILL be back!!!

Nice change of pace from the traditional restaurants in the Bethlehem area. The Clams, ribs, and shrimp small plates are a must try.

The atmosphere is awesome, service is top notch and the food is great. I unfortunately suffered a food allergy from what ever they put on the corn muffins which destroyed the rest of my day.

The Bayou is always an amazing experience. Their food is always consistent and their staff is always knowledgeable and professional. Anytime we have friends or family in town, we know we can blow them away with the Bayou.

We were there to celebrate our anniversary and as we remembered from the last time we ate there the mac and cheese was superb. The portions are plentiful, cocktails were made perfectly, pricing is fair our only complaint is that it was a bit loud; honesty the noice level bothered my husband not me, so all is good.
