My husband and I were in Bethlehem for the Musikfest last evening and planned to have dinner out. I didn't want to eat the typical Musikfest fare or wait an hour at the Brewworks, so I suggested going somewhere new. I am so glad we did! We didn't have reservations so we decided to sit at the bar. A restaurant in the valley dedicated to serving the best food in the valley from the freshest local produce. Every menu item is made specifically to order and is so unique. This is a place for friends to come and be welcomed with open arms. I'm glad to be a part of something special.
Delicious!!!! Cornbread, Brussels sprouts, crabcake, Mac and Cheese, Gumbo everything was wonderful. Staff very professional and friendly. We had an hour wait but hung at the bar and before we knew it we had a table.
Food is always fresh with great flavor. Really like it here.

My dinner at The Bayou made me blue. I've eaten here twice before and really liked it. This past time, the food was nothing but a greasy mess. I ordered brisket and sent it back. It was a soggy mess that tasted like smoke. Then I ordered a burger. There was nothing appetizing about it. A greasy burger on a white bun with no condements. The grease actually soaked through the bun. Really disappointing. The kitchen was super slow. This location needs just as much attention as the new one.

Excellent southern/Cajun food with many options. We chose to do lots of small plates and got a great sample of many things. Better service would have made this 5 stars

Very good food but service was meh. Will definitely go back. Lots to try. Maybe waitress had an off day.
