Pretty good spot. A few slip ups. Decent craft beer list. Wine list is a complete afterthought. Had a Sazerac with no absinthe. I thought that odd. First dishes arrived a bit slowly. Fried oysters had to be comped due to being way over cooked. Dirty rice "Paella" special came with 3 empty clam shells but only 1 clam was recovered from the rice. Didn't mention that one. Great food, drinks, and exceptional service. Setting is safe, comfortable, and inviting. Buttermilk Chicken is insanely good as are the Hush Puppies!

Very good. A place you must check out if your in Bethlehem.
The service and food were superb!! Large serving sizes great for sharing. Great place for date night or small groups. We will defintely dine there again when visiting the area.

The food was amazing! Had the hush puppies and brussel sprouts as an appetizer. Both were beyond delicious! Fried chicken for my entree...best fried chicken hands down. Will be back the next time I visit my son at college 😊

This was a great first time experience eating at The Bayou. My wife and I was greeted with a warm welcome and our waitress was just as friendly. The food and service definitely exceeded our expectations. I will be returning and recommend The Bayou to all our friends.
