The food here is outstanding. The service is what kept me from giving it 5 stars. Had a 7 pm reservations, did not get our table till almost 7:30. Appitzers were served to us before we even had plates at our table. We ordered main course when we ordered appetizers and it still took another 20 minutes after we finished the appetizers to get our main course.

We went to the Bayou for the first time today for lunch. What a great experience! The food was excellent and the staff was super nice and friendly. I only have one small complaint which is the charge for “rocks” when you order a Scotch. Seems very petty. I have been to restaurants in many cities and countries but the only ones who ever put a charge on my bill for ice have been here in Bethlehem.

Great meal! The collard greens are the best around! reservations may be hard to get at times but service at the bar is just as good and they have a really good happy hour!

Fantastic spot! I had their fried chicken and had to ask our waitress if my mama was in their kitchen! The food was delicious and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I would definitely visit The Bayou again.
