This restaurant is such a treat! A wonderful vibe and tasty food. Their mason jar cocktails are epic. The flavors are unique and exciting. We are from NYC and plan on driving th 1.5 hrs just to go there again in the near future!

I went to the bayou for a fun day outing with my husband. The fact that it is southern cuisine makes for most dishes to include pork which was the only disadvantage for my husband on the menu but otherwise we really enjoyed the food it was so delicious, he found a few thing to eat on the menu and the place is very cute and music is great and a nice setting. We were at your restaurant last night (2/18) to celebrate my birthday. Our reservations were for 8pm and although we were early, we were seated right away. The food was delicious and so were the drinks, I especially loved the jalapeño margarita! We tried the jalapeño hush puppies, the cornbread and the ribs as an appetizer and all were fantastic. Went for Valentine's Dinner, seated immediately at the time of our reservation. The wait staff and management were amazing checking in to make sure our experience was top class ! I had the southern fried chicken and my boyfriend had the salmon- both flavorful and cooked to perfection. I had the best evening at The Bayou!! Our waitress Mary was absolutely charming! The food was like nothing else in the valley and the atmosphere made it hard to leave. That was the first of many trips!!
