Staff is great!!!! Food is always on point. Wife had the ribs and were amazing. We shared the Mac and cheese which was delicious. I had the tempura shrimp po boy which was awesome!!!! Our 3rd time there and haven't been disappointed yet! Love The Bayou!!!!

End to end, every selection we picked did not disappoint. We had 3 small plates (Mac n' cheese, shrimp, and BBQ spare ribs) and the fried chicken as the large plate. That was enough for 3 or 4 people. Great meals and great atmosphere!

Everything came up a little shy on flavor but we were only there for a late lunch.
The atmosphere was very nice. Most of the food was awesome! Was disappointed in my shrimp dinner in that it was what I thought was expensive for 4 rather small shrimp that had a fancy name for shrimp scampi. Nothing special at all. But the cocktails, hushpuppies, homemade coleslaw, spicy/cheesy grits and all the other stuff we ordered that night was amazing. I would go again another night for sure.

I've been there 3 times, tried the catfish first, hanger steak second and buttermilk chicken third time,, all three entrees were the best,, all three visits excellent in service , food and music

I was excited to go. Hearing only good things but was very disappointed with the food. The menu was very limited. I have food allergies so I have to be careful when going to a new place. Our waitress was very charming and explained the menu with expertise. I chose the catfish, it was over cooked and tasteless. The meal came with red beans and rice, they were dry and also very bland. I was not impressed and probably won't go back.
