Verified Renter So far it has been nice it’s only been a week for me and my family and we love it, it’s starting to feel like home sweet home the rooms looked small but they fix just fine when we placed all the furniture in and we have a little more playing space
Verified Renter It makes me feel more comfortable and secure that the office team is staying on top of people on the property for any issues that need to be addressed and I have noticed that they’re trying to make this community a better place to live. Keep it up!
Verified Renter The apartments are located in a good area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues.
Verified Renter I pretty much stay to myself and my neighbors do as well. The parking is free and it’s covered. The maintenance men always come out promptly after I call if I have any issues . Plus the staff is friendly. Especially love Mrs. Ortega who made my move in process smooth.
Verified Renter The apartments are trying to get better. And I appreciate Maintenance getting things done in a timely manner. I just wish that people would stop throwing trash everywhere and not cleaning up after their children or themselves outside.

Verified Renter My son and I have lived here since December of 2011.For us it was one of the best Christmas's we ever had! We've always loved the floor plan here. Having 2 restrooms is a life saver! The apartments have been kept up well. And I see now how the new management is working now from the inside out.
