Verified Renter It's been quite quiet most of the time. Just a few hiccups every now and then. Thinking about continuing to be a tenant. Just wish the other tenants would be a little more considering with littering.

Verified Renter The office staff are fine. It's really my neighbors I dislike. The police are here a lot and it's usually for couples arguing all day and night. The apartments are pretty okay on the inside, the walls are very thin.

Verified Renter Haven't been here very long but so far It's quiet and peaceful here. The maintenance guys respond fairly quick and the neighbors that I have met so far are friendly.
Verified Renter I have been a resident here for almost 8 years. I love the area. There have been a few bumps in the road, but with management, they always seem to find a way to rectify the issue. The new management team make it their business to make themselves known. When you walk into the office, you are warmly greeted. I think I have found my long-term home.
Verified Renter I really like the work that is being done to make the community beautiful. Do upgrades for the current residents and not just the vacant apartments.
